monday.com is an advanced Work OS that helps organisations optimise processes, improve team collaboration, and manage projects more efficiently. With an intuitive interface, customisable dashboards, and integrations with popular tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom, monday.com offers an all-in-one workflow solution. Now the platform is taking a major step in digital transformation with three AI-driven innovations: AI blocks, Product Power-ups, and Digital Workforce.
The core of monday.com's AI vision rests on three pillars meant to simplify and improve how teams work:
- AI blocks recently launched its first features for monday users, letting them extend existing workflows with smart automations and make data-driven decisions.
- Product Power-ups, planned for release in Q3/Q4 2025, will add AI capabilities across the full monday.com suite and offer additional functionality for team optimisation.
- Digital Workforce introduces virtual AI team members that can take on operational work, generate insights, and help you make informed decisions faster.
AI blocks recently rolled out its first features for the monday user, providing powerful AI functionality to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks. Current capabilities include information extraction, automatic categorisation, translation, sentiment analysis, summarising updates, and custom AI prompts. Teams can pull relevant insights more quickly and optimise processes without extra manual effort.
On top of what is already there, AI blocks will keep expanding. Future development includes smart workflow recommendations where AI spots patterns and suggests improvements, and predictive analytics that flag bottlenecks early. Complex automations and AI-driven decision making will also play a larger role in streamlining day-to-day work.
Watch a short video about AI blocks below:

Product Power-ups: AI integrations for the full monday.com suite, expected in Q3/Q4 2025. Product Power-ups will weave AI functionality into all monday.com products. Teams will benefit from advanced resource planning, risk management, CRM data automation, and real-time optimisation of service tickets. The features are still in development and aim to speed up decision making and further improve workflows. Rollout is expected in the second half of 2025.
Digital Workforce: virtual AI team members, with first release planned for Q1 2025. With Digital Workforce, monday.com takes AI to the next level. These AI-driven agents will support teams by analysing project risk, accelerating sales processes, and identifying recurring customer issues. The first AI agent, monday Expert, will launch in Q1 2025 and act as a digital assistant for onboarding and operational support. Additional agents arriving in Q3/Q4 2025 will take on broader tasks and fully automate certain workflows.
